Big Kid Beds

Making progress on their big kid rooms. They were so excited to see their new beds! When Brecken saw his bed, he said, "My new bed! I love my new bed!!" And Kinlsey said she love loved her princess bed but then kept running in see Breckens room. 

Happy Easter

This year Easter fell on the same weekend of General Conference. So the week before is when my kids wore their Easter outfits. They looked so darn cute! But as you can see, they did not want to get their pictures taken after church. This was the best I got after basically chasing them around the yard with my camera. 

Mimi G Visits

Mimi G came to visit for a week! We had a blast! We were on the go the entire time. It was great! We took the kids to see Cinderella. They loved it! I had been telling Kinsley that when Mimi came we would go see it. Every day after that she would ask multiple times if we were going to the movies to see Cinderella.  The night before the movie we took the kids to Toys R Us and bought Kinsley a Cinderalla dress and Brecken a police costume and he was Cinderellas police escort to the movie.  We went to the Village for lunch and ice-cream and did a little shopping. My mom also got to come with us to Brecken and Kinsley's gymnastics class which is the cutest class. They love it! We also did a zoo day which turned into a trip to the down town library because the zoo was super busy with it being spring break. They LOVED that library though, so it worked out great. We also met up with friends at the park.  We just love when Mimi G comes to visit and can't wait for her to come back! 

Happy St Paddy's Day!

We had a visit from a little Leprechaun. The kids were excited in the morning to see that the "Elf" (that's what they kept saying at first) came and brought them some "prizes." He left balloons around the house. Near each balloon was a prize that they had to find. After the scavenger hunt we had green muffins, green milk, green eggs and apples for breakfast. We also did a fun rainbow craft. It was a fun filled day! Holiday's with kids are the best, love love, love it!!

Miss Ballerina

I recently put Kinsley and Brecken in a gymnastics class. They absolutely love the class.After class this week I took Kinsley to get a  leotard to wear. She looks pretty darn cute and so grownup.

 

 

Doubel Trouble

It was just a little too quiet... I should have known better. Cam and I were on the other side of the bar talking when this all went down. The look on Cam's face when he saw it was priceless. His eyes got huge and he had a slight smile on his face as he said, "What the heeeeck!!" I ran over and bust out laughing... I don't think I have ever laughed so hard. I tried to hold it in but.. come on look at them. It was pretty funny. Don't worry after we laughed and took pictures they did get in trouble and had to help us clean it up. Double trouble.

Mommy-Daughter Date

Kinsley and I went on a date and it was so much fun! I loved our one-on-one time together. We got manicures, ice-cream, went shopping and played at the park.  I just love this girl more than words can describe. She has such a fun personality. She is very sweet, kind, smart(she remembers everything), helpful, strong, very determined, she knows what she wants (dare I say stubborn),  but also the most polite girl you'll meet. She sings and dances everywhere she goes and knows all  the Disney princess songs. She loves princess's and anything pink but also loves to play and dig in the dirt. She's not scared to get dirty. My kind of girl!
