Hanging out with the Spencer clan over Christmas

The Spencer Family came to visit over Christmas. They got to our house Christmas Day and stayed for a about a week. It is always fun to see them. Our kids just adore them all!

We went to the this 'escape room' and had 50 minutes to solve the clues to find the key to get out. The setting was a cabin in the woods and we had to get out before a forest fire burned the cabin down. We were stumped for a while but we finally solved it and got out with 20 seconds to spare!

Merry Christmas! Brecken and Kinsley definitely got spoiled this year. But it was worth it to see their excitement. Kinsley got an Elsa doll house and some Princess doll to go along with it. She also got a Vanity. I always catch her in the bathroom doing her hair but she tends to fall off the stool so we thought this vanity would be a bit safer lol and more fun! Brecken got a lot of fireman stuff. He got a fire station house along with multiple fire trucks. He has been really into watching Fireman Sam lately. So he was pretty excited! Debbie and Brian came over first thing Christmas morning for breakfast and then stayed to open gifts. We sure love having them so close! It's really been great!!

Christmas Eve Fun

I can't believe it's already Christmas Eve!! This month flew by. We woke up to snow, it was great! We started the day off with some yummy Santa pancakes. Then we played in the snow and made a snowman and had a snow ball fight. Then had hot chocolate and the kids did a Santa craft (the same one we did last year)
